“It should be more like training a dog,” says Eugene Izhikevich head of Brain Corporation, which is based in San Diego. “Instead of programming, you show it consistent examples of desired behavior.”
Izhikevich has developed an operating system called BrainOS to do just that. Robots learning is about to become a reality.
