Folsom is currently being held in the Hernando County Jail with no bond. He has been charged with murder. He will be transferred to the Land O’ Lakes Detention Center in the coming days.
Earlier: Pasco Sheriff’s Office detectives are investigating a homicide that took place at 37412 Tait Avenue in Dade City. The 9-1-1 call came in at 2:32 p.m.
Deputies arrived at the location, which is an abandoned house, and discovered 26-year-old Jose Leonardo Romero-Sule behind the home suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He died at the scene.
A person of interest was seen leaving the area at the time of the shooting. He is described as a heavyset, white male, wearing a white motorcycle helmet and driving a red and white racing-type motorcycle.
