Probation For Tampa Dog Fighting Suspect

It’s four years probation and 150 hours of community service for one of two Tampa owners of a pit bull mix used for fighting that ended up tied to railroad tracks and shot.

21 year old Kenny Bell pleaded guilty to a host of charges including possessing an animal for fighting.

Another man, 18 year old Darnell Devlin, faces similar charges.

Bell and Darnell gave the dog to Natwan Callaway and Bobby Hollinger when she wouldn’t fight.

The 17 year olds tied the dog to a railroad track and shot her.

Police found the dog, and she is recovering.

Callaway and Hollinger face aggravated animal cruelty charges.
