Pro Hockey Player Accused of Groping Waitress

DULUTH, Ga. (AP) _ A pro hockey player is facing charges of sexual battery and disorderly conduct after police say he grabbed the buttocks and breasts of a waitress while in suburban Atlanta for a game.

A Gwinnett County police report states that 25-year-old Zoltan Laszolo Hetenyi was freed from jail Monday after posting a $7,800 bond. Jail records do not indicate whether he has an attorney.

The player was a goalie for the Orlando Solar Bears, who played the Duluth-based Gwinnett Gladiators last weekend.

The Florida team announced it had released Hetenyi following his arrest.

The waitress told police the athlete grabbed her buttocks on two occasions, then grabbed her breasts at the Arena Tavern.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports (http://bit.ly/XXBWOl) that restaurant workers were holding him down in the parking lot when police arrived.
