Pres. Obama To Head To California For Cyber-Security Summit

President Obama will be in California on Friday to attend a cyber-security summit at Stanford University. The summit comes two days after the Obama Administration announced the creation of the Cyber Threat Intelligence Center.

It will bring together leaders from across the country who have a stake in the issue – industry, tech companies, law enforcement, consumer and privacy advocates, law professors who specialize in this field, and students — to work together and explore partnerships that will help develop the best ways to bolster the country’s cybersecurity.

ABC’s Devin Dwyer joined us from Washington D.C. to discuss.

Your Wake Up Call airs every weekday from 6-9 a.m. on AM 820 News in Tampa and 1190 News in Orlando.
