Authorities have identified the woman whose body was found floating in the intracoastal waterway in Seminole as 36 year old Charlie Brooks.
They are calling her death a homicide.
But they do not yet know how she was killed or who did it.
Police are trying to find relatives in St. Petersburg and Colorado where Brooks lived.
Landscapers discovered Brooks’ body in the water behind an Oakhurst Drive home.
