Police are asking the public’s for their help to solve a homicide
It happened at 11:11 p.m. last night on the 6100 block of River Terrace in Tampa.
Ralph Norman Patrinostro, 29, was walking home from a friend’s house when an unknown suspect shot and killed him.
Neighbors said they heard several gunshots and called police.
When officers arrived they found the victim deceased in the roadway.
Today detectives are interviewing witnesses and working to locate additional witnesses.
