Investigators are sifting through charred remains at the Chelsea Meadows Townhomes Complex on Waters Edge Boulevard in Land O’ Lakes.
Fire at the complex this morning forced residents out of three units that were damaged by flames, smoke, and water.
A Pasco County Sheriff’s deputy suffered smoke inhalation as he helped those residents evacuate.
He’s hospitalized as a precaution.
There’s no word what sparked the blaze.
