A Pasco County Sheriff’s deputy has been arrested and fired for allegedly brutalizing a 7 year old girl.
Officials say 29 year old Ryan Ferguson punished the child by putting soap in her mouth, slapping her, punching her, choking her, and dropping her on a hard floor.
Authorities have not divulged what Ferguson’s relationship to the child is.
