TEQUESTA, Fla. (AP) – The mother of a Florida teen who went missing at sea on a fishing trip with a friend is asking the state attorney to help get data from the other boy’s iPhone.
The phone and fishing gear were found inside the boys’ boat, which a Norwegian fisherman found in March off Bermuda, eight months after the teens went missing during a fishing trip.
The father of the other teen hasn’t given state investigators consent to search the phone.
