The Florida Highway Patrol says speed and alcohol were likely factors in a Palm Harbor car crash that put two teenagers in the hospital.
It happened at Westlake Boulevard and Nebraska Avenue just after midnight Wednesday when Joseph Cline lost control of his car.
He and passenger Brooklyn Bridges are in critical condition.
A back seat passenger, Jacob Wilson, was able to leave the scene with his parents.
