Police say a man, who is confined to a wheelchair, was inside the home on Celeste Lane when a fire broke out.
Assistant Fire Chief Exline said oxygen tanks stored in the mobile home set off a series of explosions that rocked the New Port Richey neighborhood overnight.
It happened shortly before 1:00 a.m. and the 63-year-old man was able to get out safely before the tanks exploded.
Officials said the mobile home is a total loss.
