Online shoppers are outraged and claim that Toys ‘R Us is ruining their Christmas because it was after they placed and paid for their order that they received emails saying that they won’t get the item in time for Christmas.
According to WTSP, John Restrepo says he was told what he bought on Cyber Monday wouldn’t arrive until 15 days after Christmas.
The company says that there are times, especially during the holiday season, where orders are cancelled or delayed because the manufacturer can’t keep up with the demand.
There are a number of companies that promise if the item is available, it will arrive by Christmas. WTSP recommends if you’re worried about the arrival time of your product, do some research about what others are saying about the company you’re buying from.
