The Council on American-Islamic Relations is taking an Inverness gun shop owner to court for openly refusing to sell guns to Muslims.
CAIR says Florida Gun Shop owner Andy Hallinan’s unwillingness to sell arms to Muslims amounts to illegal discrimination based on religion.
Hallinan made his store a “Muslim Free Zone” in the wake of the Chattanooga Tennessee massacre by a Muslim who wanted to be a martyr that left five U.S. servicemen dead.
Hallinan said he had a moral and legal responsibility not to sell arms to and train people who want to kill Americans.
CAIR wants a judge to force Hallinan to sell guns to anyone who comes in his store.
