THONOTOSASSA, Fla. (AP) — A Tampa man who went missing two days ago in a local park has been found.
No one had seen 56-year-old Francis Netto since he left his home Wednesday to walk at a local wilderness park. When he didn’t return, Hillsborough Sheriff’s deputies started looking for him with helicopters and dogs.
On Friday, people canoeing on a river in the park spotted Netto. Officials helped him out of the park and said he was dehydrated but alert.
