A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for Armari Briggs, a black female, 3 years old, 3 feet tall, 035 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, who was last seen wearing a white tee shirt and orange skirt and may be in need of medical care and Zhi Moss, a black male, 6 months old, 2 feet tall, 022 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, who was last seen wearing white onesie.
The children were last seen in the area of Panama City. The children may be in the company of James Allen Moss Jr, a black male, 34 years old, 6 feet 02 inches tall, 160 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes. The suspect has dreadlocks that are dyed red and a tattoo on his inner left forearm and the left side of his neck.
The suspect is known to have antigovernment beliefs use caution if contacted.
