Miley Cyrus was feeling under the weather earlier this week, but it seems that her health—both physical and mental—has improved. E! News has learned exclusively that the pop princess partied with pals at her favorite West Hollywood hotspot, Beacher’s Madhouse, on Wednesday, Oct. 15.

Flanked by BFF Cheyne Thomas and her makeup artist, Cyrus held court at the main VIP table and was surrounded by friends, including club owner Jeff Beacher. The 20-year-old “Wrecking Ball” singer was dancing and having a good time but maintained a low profile.

“Most people in the club did not seem to know she was there,” a source says.
