Lt. Scott Mullin of Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and Swamp Wars Talks Pythons Invading South Florida

An estimated 150,000 Burmese pythons now occupy South Florida. Lieutenant Scott Mullin of the Miami Dade Fire Rescue squad known as “Venom One” and Animal Planet’s Swamp Wars joined Your Wake Up Call to talk about the problem and how it got so bad in the first place. He also talks about how Venom One acts as a global authority in capturing venomous snakes and other dangerous creatures as well as providing life-saving treatment for such bites.
