MasterChef’s Joe Bastianich Dishes On New Year’s Resolutions

This week on Food Nation Radio Network, Joe Bastianich, NYC restaurateur and judge on the hit television show, MasterChef, talked to us about the high percentage of restaurant workers who smoke and how to help them kick the habit.

Joe advocates the Blueprint to Quit Smoking for information and helpful tips on quitting smoking. He says giving up smoking was the hardest thing he’s ever done.
