A man suffered a gunshot wound Sunday night outside of a Land O’Lakes bar and has died as a result of his injury. Police have identified the man as 44-year-old Billy Lee McDaniel.
Pasco deputies responded to Rock Harley Saloon, 2624 Land O’Lakes Boulevard, after a call was received at 9:14 p.m. regarding a man down. When they arrived, they found the victim, McDaniel, had taken a gunshot wound to the upper body.
McDaniel was transported by helicopter to Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point where he died from his wound early Monday morning.
