Clearwater Police received a call for a man shot at 908 La Salle Street at 2:19 this morning.
Clearwater police arrived to find a deceased adult male in his 40’s who had been shot. Police have a limited description for a suspect and are searching for more witnesses and a suspect.
Homicide detectives are using a K-9 unit to find the suspect. A witness was able to give a brief description of the suspect.
Authorities have not released any details about the shooting or the victim’s name.
