The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is investigating a boating accident that occurred in Tampa Bay near the Sunshine Skyway Bridge at approximately 8:45 a.m on 11/21/11.
Roger V. Deal (d.o.b.) 06/05/62 was rescued by Coast Guard when his 1965 18 foot sears runabout sunk.
Deal has an active warrant for violation of probation (battery) from Putnam County.
Deal was taken into custody by FWC Officer Terry Noll and will be booked into Manatee County Jail.
