On May 2, 2014 at 3:30 a.m., 21 year-old Lloyd Jong Yi of Tampa was driving a 2007 Honda, eastbound on Linebaugh avenue at approximately 70 mph, according to Tampa Police.
He lost control of the vehicle and struck an oak tree in the median of Linebaugh Avenue. Jong died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
