A 22-year-old man is charged with lewd and lascivious acts after a weird incident in a Lutz CVS.
According to police, Jeremiah Phillip Patterson undressed in the bathroom at CVS and found the dog beds, rummaged through them, took them to the bathroom and laid on them.
He was also charged with retail petite theft as the store can no longer sell the dog beds.
