Niklaus Booska, accused in the death of 1-year-old Ivan Rose, has a long rap sheet.
The 25-year-old Golden Gate Estates man was arrested Friday night by Collier County sheriff’s deputies at the Spinnaker Inn on 6600 Dudley Drive.
He was accused of inflicting head trauma on the boy Jan. 31, which caused the baby’s death.
He faces manslaughter and child abuse charges.
