On May 20, 2014 at 7:17 p.m., police say 24 year-old Kyle Joseph Wasielewski entered the Circle K Store located at 812 Lumsden Road East.
According to HCSO, Wasielewski approached the clerk behind the counter and indicated that he had a weapon. He robbed the store of money from the register and fled on foot. Several deputies arrived on scene within a few minutes and Wasielewski was apprehended at the south west corner of Lumsden and Lithia Pinecrest Road, which is just south of the incident scene. He was positively identified by witnesses.
The money stolen from the store was recovered and returned to the manager.
