More than three years later Tampa Police plan on announcing a major development in the murder of University of Tampa Student Ryan McCall.
McCall was part of the Universities Track and Cross Country Team and was found lying on the northern section of the North Boulevard Bridge on April 18, 2009
Ryan had been shot while walking that night by a robber escaping the scene of his crime at 3 A.M.
Ryan’s father and Police Chief Jane Castor will make the announcement today at 11 A.M.
