A Lutz daycare worker is charged with child abuse.
Officials say 34 year old Tiffany Littlepage dumped water on the head of a severely autistic 3 year old boy and then threw more water in his face at the Children’s Nest Day School on State Road 54.
She did it because the child apparently would not stop playing with her water bottle.
Other employees at the day care say Littlepage often harshly punishes kids with physical and mental disabilities.
