Louisiana Sheriff Wants to Fight Gangsters on the Public Streets

LOUISIANA – Sheriff Clay “Cajun John Wayne” Higgins has thrown down the gauntlet to local gang members.

It would seem that Higgins doesn’t understand the law of unintended consequences. He has given gang members a blank piece of paper and told the gangsters to fill it out. “Meet fire with superior fire.” Higgins exclaims. Is he going to go to war in the middle of city streets?
