Owners of homes in two bay area counties are on the phone with their insurance agents today after lightning strikes during this morning’s strong storms set their houses on fire.
One home is on Zamia Loop in Pasco County.
The other is on Brentford Drive in Hillsborough County.
No one was injured in either blaze.
Meantime, morning storms also have trees down, power out, and flooding around the bay area.
Rain and possible storms could continue through mid-Wednesday afternoon.
