The official death toll following the devastating earthquake that hit Nepal over the weekend has topped 4,000. Kathmandu is short on everything: shelter, fuel, food, medicine, power, news, workers, as its people searched for lost loved ones, sorted through rubble for their belongings and struggled to provide for their families’ needs. The numbers and the related stories keep changing.
