Jury Deliberations Underway In Boston Marathon Bombing Trial

After weeks of dramatic and emotionally wrenching testimony, jurors in the Boston Marathon bombing trial began deliberations on Tuesday. Both the prosecution and defense agree that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev participated in the bombings and two gunfights with police.

But, his attorney insists Dzhokhar was just following his older brother Tamerlan and should, therefore, get life in prison rather than a death sentence.
