John Jonchuck Shows the DCF Changes Too Little, Too Late

ST PETERSBURG – Florida Child Protective Services will speed up its response time to hotline calls for help after a local father threw his 5-year-old daughter off a bridge to her death.

There were all kinds of signs that 25-year-old John Jonchuck was off his rocker and was capable of anything.

Despite that, Jonchuck had legal custody of little Phoebe.

DCF needs to answer for their lack of action and ineptitude.
