USF Recruits New Bulls Fans With Football Campaign

The University of South Florida is looking to drive more fans to football games with a new campaign, Bulls Unite. They are looking to draw more alumni, students and fans to games at Raymond James Stadium for the upcoming football season.

Tom Hoof, the chief marketing officer for USF says, “The Tampa Bay market is so competitive for entertainment.” “We’re not just targeting students and alumni, but the entire Tampa Bay Region.”

You will see billboards around the Tampa Bay area and the Bulls posted a 30 second video on their Facebook page. They will be rolling out more videos and images in the coming months.

At more than 200 events this year Hoof’s team will try to build on successful campaigns from last year including free giveaways of Bulls merchandise, street team events and social media campaigns.

USF has an alumni base of almost 300.000, more than half of which reside in the eight counties surrounding USF.
