MIAMI (AP) _ Republican Jeb Bush is releasing a plan to fix what he calls America’s “failed” system of federal rules and regulations.
The former Florida governor says the burdensome regulatory system is stifling U.S. economic growth and the creation of jobs.
He plans to share details of his plan Tuesday in Iowa, where he will meet with local farmers and small business owners at a campaign stop in Gladbrook.
He is campaigning throughout the day in Iowa, which holds its closely watched caucuses on Feb. 1.
