Florida College On Lockdown After Threats

COCOA, Fla. (AP) — A community college along Florida’s Space Coast is under lockdown after it received a threat of violence.

Officials with Eastern Florida State College on Tuesday posted an alert on the school’s official Twitter account and on its website, saying someone had threatened gun violence at the Cocoa, Florida, campus. The warning urges students to stay inside and lock doors until further notice but gives no other details.
