Jesse Matthew has told a judge in Galveston County, Texas that he will not fight his extradition back to Virginia to face charges in the disappearance of a college sophomore earlier this month. The Matthew is thought to be the last person who was with 18-year-old Hannah Graham before she disappeared on Sept. 13th. Matthew was taken into custody Wednesday in Texas.
