With questions still lingering about the precise cause of the blast at West Fertilizer Co., survivors will gather to mark the anniversary. ABC’s Jim Ryan arrived in West soon after the explosion and returns there on Thursday to cover the day’s memorial activities. He says he believes the talks could find a way to work toward a peaceful settlement.
