Interview: Texas Officials Want Ship to Create Artifical Reef

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department plans to sink a ship in the Gulf of Mexico to create an artificial reef for sea life and an interesting point of exploration for divers. The project, worth $4 million, has been funded partly by the money collected from BP Oil Spill in 2010.
