“The Interview” Scrapped, Feds Blame North Korea

The Interview

ABC News has learned the federal government has determined that North Korea is responsible for the Sony hack. This on the same day that The Interview – is NOT coming to a theater near you. Sony has pulled the plug on the Christmas day release.

This comes after the biggest theater chains in the country said they wouldn’t show the controversial comedy, after the group claiming to be behind the Sony hack attack threatened theaters with violence. Sony says it understands that theaters were just thinking about the safety of movie-goers and employees – but they’re sad and disappointed by this outcome.
