A new champion has been crowned the top party school in the nation: Syracuse University. Breaking the long-standing tradition of large state school being named the biggest party schools, Syracuse, a private university in New York, edged out the University of Iowa for the No. 1 spot.
Among the top contenders alongside Iowa is the University of California- Santa Barbara and West Virginia University. Scott breaks down the rankings, as well as how Princeton Review determines the annual list.
