Interview: Obama Sends 200 More Troops To Iraq

Obama

President Obama said Monday that he’ll use his executive authority to curtail deportations of illegal immigrants and shift law enforcement resources to the border to help deal with a surge in unaccompanied minors trying to enter the United States.

He also tasked a couple cabinet members to come up with other executive actions he can take regarding immigration reform, chiding Congressional Republicans that if they won’t do anything, he will.

Unrelated to all this, late in the day, the White House announced 200 more troops will go to Iraq to buttress U.S. embassy security.
