Within the next ten days, the State Department says Russia and the U.S. will be joined in diplomatic talks by the Ukraine interim government. That’s been a demand by the U.S. all along. On Monday, Spokeswoman Jen Paskin claimed paid outsiders helped storm a mayor’s office in Eastern Ukraine. The U.S. accuses Russia of supporting the demonstrations.
