You’ve heard the research that claims that those small glasses of red wine are chock-full of antioxidants and that regular consumption can lead to a number of health benefits?

A new study reveals just the opposite.

The study, co-lead by the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, reveals that reducing or even eliminating alcohol has a bigger impact on lowering cholesterol and improving heart health than drinking it in small amounts.
