The Department of Homeland Security released its report on Thursday regarding what it has learned in the wake of the Boston Marathon Bombing, mostly pushing the importance of partnerships among agencies and reliable communications.
That was followed by the inspectors general of the DHS, CIA, and DOJ, with their take of events leading up to the bombing, and how things were dealt with afterwards.
