Springtime has brought unseasonable warmth to Texas, historic drought to Kansas and a rash of wildfires to Oklahoma. Summertime is still more than six weeks away. The unusually dry, windy weather has already proven fatal to one man in Oklahoma, whose body was found after a wildfire swept across his neighborhood outside of Guthrie. Jim Ryan is in a warm Dallas/Fort Worth and has an update.
