The 8th Annual Honda Grand Prix gets underway this weekend and more than 100,000 people are expected to attend.
The event runs from Friday through Sunday and there are 10 races this year, the most in the three day event’s history.
The weather is expected to be warm with only a 20 to 40% chance for rain this weekend.
However, even if it does rain a little, it doesn’t necessarily stop the racing at an Indy car event run on a street course.
Competitors can switch to rain tires and race in a light rain, provided there is no substantial standing water.
