H&M Clothing Store Opens in Tampa

Today’s the day fashionistas on a budget have been waiting for…H&M is finally here in Tampa Bay.

The international chain is making its debut at International Plaza at noon, opening its doors with a few perks for the first 250 people in line, including a scratch off discount card worth anywhere from $10-$250.  One lucky shopper will win the grand prize shopping spree!  The store will also reward the first 250 with a free t-shirt.

Shoppers like Crystal Hill showed up at International Plaza as early as 11pm Wednesday to ensure one of the first spots in line.

She sported an outfit she purchased at the H&M in Chicago.

H&M has more than 2,200 stores around the world and is currently collaborating with Versace.

It caters to young men and women looking for trendy and affordable international fashion.

The store is located on the first floor near Nordstrom.

If you’re not among the first 250 people in line, H&M is still offering opening day deals like select $5 shirts for kids and select $10 tops for men and women.
