Hasraf Ghani Visits White House, Ted Cruz Presidential Hopes

Following a day at Camp David, Afghanistan President Hasraf Ghani will find himself at the White House on Tuesday, where reports indicate there will be agreement to slow down the withdrawal of those U.S. troops still in his country. Ghani is apparently concerned that ISIS is organizing inside of Afghanistan as well, and in fact looking to negotiate peace with the Taliban. President Obama and Ghani will hold a midday press conference.

ABC’s Mary Bruce joined us Tuesday morning from the White House.
