This week on the Food Nation Radio Network we spoke with Charlotte Vallaeys from the Cornucopia Institute about Dr. Oz’s apparent flip-flop in Time Magazine on organic food, feed-lots and more.
Previously, Dr. Oz was supportive and even vocal about certain foods that should always be organic, even going on to compare the pricing of organic dairy to show it was not significantly different than conventional. In his recent article in Time, however, he implied that people who prefer organic food are part of the 1% and elitist.
